Common questions

When does my routine reset?

Lists with daily reset on clear their completed state at midnight, local time. You'll see a live countdown to the next reset in the app. Prefer a list that stays put (like a grocery list)? Turn daily reset off for that list in its settings.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID. On a new device, or after reinstalling, open the app's Pro / paywall screen and tap Restore Purchases.

How does iCloud sync work?

With Pro, sync uses your own private iCloud account — your data stays in your personal iCloud, not on any server of ours. Make sure you're signed in to iCloud and that iCloud Drive is enabled, then turn on sync in the app.

Someone sent me a routine link.

Install Routine Rocket, then tap the link again on your iPhone — the shared list is added to your app additively, without changing anything you already have.

How do I back up or move my data?

With Pro you can export a backup file and import it on another device (this also imports older Routine Rocket web backups). Everything stays on your device during the process.
